She opens her eyes in the world
Of discrimination…wails at her creator’s
Beautiful/ blunder…so well created,
Yet not appreciated!

She is raised like a second grade
Citizen…Yes, the fairer sex in unfair
Society…that can’t exist without her
Yet doesn’t want her too!

She works without giving thought
To her compulsions…Alas!
Institutions single her out and fight
Yet can’t understand her!

She’s loved, she’s hated, she becomes
An object of convenience…You kill her
For honour…you use her for lust…you beat
Her for ego, you slave her for freedom…
And you celebrate her whenever you wish!
